The Contribution of the Turkish Qur'anic School to the Science of Quranic Readings / Kamil Saud Al-Enazy
This research studies the history of the Turkish school of Qur’anic readings. It aims to identify and highlight the Turkish school's distinct features in terms of: the varied ways of teaching Qur'anic readings; the varied ways of articulation; and the great amount of related authorship and classifications. The study also aims to shed light on the valuable contribution of the Turkish school to the advancement of the noble science of Qur'anic reading, and to pay tribute to the Turkish scholars who served the movement of Qur’anic readings – their names will be forever preserved in the chains of authorities on Qur'anic readings.
