Theimportance of this subject is the high lighting of it is dangerous of Backbiting & defamation and the effects of this bad habit in the Muslimsociety because it is consider of the dangerous factors that leads to the shaking the society, This bad habit destroy the religion and the societyat the same time, Also it is effects expand to others Muslim-Because this bad habit has negative outcome which shake the Muslim Religious? Suc h as saving the religion and the honor and this was thehabits of the prophets, because it is dangerous to the Muslim society we prepared this research and it is legislative of in the Holly Qura‘anand the effects in the Muslim Society, to be able the propagandist to know more about the denying in which spreads among the people and itis effects and it is justifications, and the way of dealing with this habit according to the scientific and legislative curriculum.
