The Impact of Physical Ability in Giving Zakat  / Ali Bin Ibrahim Al Kaseer

Legists- may Allah bless them — talked about the impact of physical ability in many branches of jurisprudence specially about matters related to Zakat and its different issues. I have divided the research into two chapters: The first chapter: Giving Zakat the physically healthy who is able to earn his living but is one of the poor. This chapter has two topics, The second chapter: Provision of giving Zakat the physically healthy who is able to earn his living and is not one of the poor. This chapter has three topics. In addition to another topic: Giving the physically healthy who is able to earn his living to perform hajj. And a topic: Provision of giving Zakat to the physically healthy who is able to earn his living at the present time. Revealing the provision of each issue with evidences from Qura'n.Sunnah and reasonable opinions, in addition to discussing evidences and mentioning the preponderance.
