Belief Issues In the Scope Of Jihad Verses In the Holy QURAN / Khaled . AI-dobaiyan

This research is dealing with jihad for the sake of Allah and its correlation with the Islamic faith. It is also to clarify the existing views of people towards the two extremes of jihad and state the reasonable standing according to the Noble QUR'AN and the Sunnah of prophet Mohammed peace be upon him and his companions. This clarification is supported by some verses which deal with jihad in the Holy QUR.1AN. The researcher aims to assure the unity of Islamic faith regulations and co-relate them with the Holy QUR'AN and Sunnah. Additionally. the research deals with the mission of military people who are the core of jihad.
The researcher conclude that military people should be: • carefully educated because they are assigned the duty of jihad. • religiously promoted by developing their understanding of Allah's words. • taught the actual and not the hazy picture of jihad and state that jihad is one way of worshiping Allah like any other kind of worshiping. • Oriented that jihad is not only limited to prophet Mohammed peace be upon him and his followers but also to all prophets who anteceded him_
