This research presents a side issue from the Zaka'a a Juristic issue namely, the Zaka'a of the abjurer money, clarifying the related issues such as the concept of Zaka'a after his abjuration is judged; abjuration 8c the zaka'a of the abjurer before the time of his abjuration. This issue has been studied comparatively with other four well known sects, presenting proofs & weighting favorably what is in valid according to the rules of experts in the field, clarifying its impacts on social solidarity in society.
