Islamic Precaution to Decrease the Spinster in Comparative Islamic Jurisprudence  / Mohammed Khalid Mansour

The spinster is one of the phenomena widespread in a Muslim society. This phenomenon caused from many reasons and the interaction that caused increased the SPINSTER imbalance in many fields: intellectual field, morality field, and sociability field, and psychology field in Islamic societies. So, there needs to put much PRECAUTION to nullify this SPINSTER in society, and spreading marriage. The paper aims to define this notion, and suggests suitable Islamic PRECAUTION with participation of individuals, government subsidiary, and charity to protect the Islamic society.
