The Journal of Islamic Studies  published by King Saud University is open access journal, and all contents of the journal available for free immediatly. The journal applies Creative Common license CC-BY-NC which allows readers to remix, tweak, and build upon your work non-commercially, and although their new works must also acknowledge you and be non-commercial, they don’t have to license their derivative works on the same terms.
