Discrimination banishment and its application in "AI-Mughniee" by Ibn igodaniah / Hamdaan Abdullah Ash-Shamarie

The term "Discrimination banishment" is part of science terms that is common in science of jurisprudence, and I have tried to treat and analyze this term from two angles: Authentication and application. In the first part I define it. then I explained it consideration for bulding some of jurisprudence matters on it. then I talked about its relation with Analogy , Al-Qiyaas,  whereby it was treated as part of it division and as one of fault bearing in it, as confirmed by most of the scholars of science. III the second part, many issues as brought that was mentioned by lbn Qudaamah in his book fAl-Mughniee, , which was classified as application issues for this term "Discrimination banishment, This project is therefore a combination of authentication and application, and it explains the necessity of this term, its consideration among the scholars, and its impacts on knowledge of jurisprudence, from what is revealed as its importance and the necessity to paying attention to it_
