The Controversial Expressions and Terms in the field of Analogy depending on ASh-Shareef AL- Maraghy, AN-Neely and AL-Amidy/ Shareefah Ali AL

The research is a parallelism and comparison between the controversial expressions and terms in the field of analogy and Juristic reasoning. It also explains the positions of agreement and disagreement and their fulfillment to the conditions of term structure of ASh- Shareef AL - Maraghy, AN- Neely and Al-Amidy. This research is divided into three chapters and a conclusion: - The first chapter: The Biographies of ASh Shared: AN - Neely and AL - Amidy. - The Second chapter: An explanation of the foreword terms and the reason of Their mention at the beginning of the controversial books. - The third chapter: A study of the controversial expressions and terms in the field of analogy and juristic reasoning according to Ash- Shareef AL-Maraghy, Al-Amidy and AN-Neely. - The conclusion: Deals with the most important results and recommendations. At last, I ask Allah to grant me success and rightness.
